Place your order by 2 p.m. Monday through Friday for same-day shipping. Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Friday and during the weekend will not be sent out until Monday, unless it is a public holiday.

After being sent, orders are delivered within one to two business days. Delivery is from Monday to Saturday, but not on public holidays.
Fast Delivery
The Royal Mail by 1 pm, special delivery
By 1 pm. the next business day, orders are delivered. Delivery is Monday through Saturday, except on holidays.

Parcel Force Next Day: Orders are sent out the next business day. Delivery is Monday through Friday, except for holidays.

Questions and Answers

Do I have to sign for my delivery?
A signature is needed for all orders.
If no one is home to get the item, you can pick it up at your local Royal Mail Post Office or Collection Office. Your postman will leave you a card with the address of the office, or you can call the number on the card to change the delivery time.
