Vaporizers are made, sold, and designed to be used in aromatherapy to help with breathing problems. They are also known as hot air extraction devices. It is a requirement of sale that any Vaporizer or accessory be used in a legal and appropriate way.

If you buy one of these devices, you are saying that you are at least 18 years old and that you will follow the directions in this document and any other literature that comes with it.
If you don’t use these devices correctly, you can lose any warranty that applies. If you use this equipment in an illegal way, you could face heavy fines, jail time, or both.

BATTERY SECURITY

Lithium-ion batteries power many of our vaporizers. They are safe to use as long as you handle them appropriately, but they can be harmful if you don’t. You are in charge of using and taking care of your device and batteries in a safe and responsible way.

Take your device and batteries with you

Your vaporizer should be turned off or put in “lock” mode when you’re not using it. This will keep it from accidentally firing and getting too hot.
Make sure that your gadget can’t touch any other metal things in your purse or pocket, because this can, in rare situations, produce a short circuit.
Always keep extra external batteries in a separate box or a specific battery case. This will stop short circuits.

How to charge your gadgets and batteries

Always use the charger and adapter that are provided with the device.
Don’t vape on your device while it’s charging.
We highly recommend using a Nite core charger to charge your device if it needs external batteries. These are high-quality battery bay chargers that protect against overcharging.
Don’t charge it overnight or when you’re not there.

Your Batteries

Always get batteries from a trusted store and use only original, labeled batteries.
Keep your batteries dry.
Do not use batteries that are damaged; even a slight break in the wrapper can be deadly.
Get rid of broken batteries in the right way.

Safety Tip

Vaporizers have a heating element that works at very high temperatures. We suggest that you never leave a vaporizer unit on when you’re not around, and that you always keep it on a firm, heat-proof surface away from kids, pets, and things that can catch fire.

You should check glass or quartz items for damage or faults within 48 hours of getting them, since you can’t return them once you’ve used them. Management at Vape Vape Dispensary will decide whether or not to give you your money back for things you ordered by mistake.

Vape Dispensary won’t take back things that aren’t broken but have been used by the customer. When you get your items, you have the right to look at them and handle them the same way you would in a store before you buy them. You can get a full refund if you return items that are in their original, unused condition and don’t satisfy your needs. A vaporizer is “used” if you load it with herbs or concentrates or use it to vaporize herbs or concentrates. You can’t return it after that. You can’t return a consumable item if you break the seal on it, just like you can’t return a used item. You still have the right to return broken items for repair or replacement.

Items that are broken or not working properly

As the customer, it is your job to carefully verify each item you order from us when you receive it and to let us know about any damage or breakage that happened during shipping within 48 hours of the shipment being delivered. You should check glass or quartz items carefully for damage or flaws within 48 hours of getting them, because you can’t return them once you’ve used them. As long as you let us know within 48 hours of the delivery being delivered, we will replace anything that is broken or damaged in transportation. We can’t provide you with a new item or your money back for things that aren’t reported as broken or damaged in transportation within 48 hours after delivery.

We will gladly pay you back for the cost of returning an item if it was our fault or if it is broken. You have 30 days to return the item(s).

Yes, we do ship to Europe 

The European Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs) say that customers in the European Union who cancel a contract to buy something within 14 days of getting their order will get their money back for the item(s) and the cost of sending it back, as long as they return the whole order. There is no refund for delivery charges if the item(s) returned are part of a bigger order. If we pick up something from you, we have the right to charge you for the expense of the pickup.

Things that got lost in transit

We are not liable for packages that get lost in transit because you are responsible for sending them back to us. We suggest sending the package by Recorded or Special Delivery.

Returns, swaps, and refunds

Vape Dispensary normally processes refunds, replacements, or exchanges within seven business days of receiving the returned item(s). You will get your money back in the same way that you paid for the item in the first place.

Vape Dispensary will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages or costs, such as lost profits or other business or economic losses. Your legal rights are not changed by this warranty.

Before a refund is provided, all items that are returned as faulty must be checked to make sure they are. If the item was damaged by normal use, an accident, or misuse, you won’t get your money back. Promise to Match Prices

We will match any real pricing from a retailer in the US.

For the price to be real:
The item must be in stock and available to ship when you buy it.
The item must be the same (that is, the same model).
Delivery must be included in the price match.
The maker must give the seller permission. We can’t match these prices because they don’t come with the manufacturer’s guarantee. If you want to know if a stock list is real, you should call the company that makes the goods and ask them.

We can’t match bulk deals like “buy one, get one free.”
You can’t use any other coupons or deals on top of a price match.

Forwarders for shipping

Vape Dispensary makes sure that the packages we dispatch are packaged, labeled, and declared correctly. We don’t advocate that clients utilize shipping forwarders because they can cause problems like re-packing mistakes, damage to items, customs problems, misdeclared batteries, and more.
